DIRT, LLC was running the business on a Microsoft 365 Family plan and personal consumer email addresses, with company files scattered across a personal OneDrive. We provisioned a new Microsoft 365 Business tenant on dirtllc.net, helped acquire the domain, then configured Exchange Online DNS records, SharePoint Online file server, and licensing is right-sized: Business Premium seats for the owners and F3 Frontline seats for the field, plus shared mailboxes’s and an Email account for the office scanner.

What we delivered

  • Domain acquisition (dirtllc.net) and GoDaddy account hygiene: MFA, transfer lock, recovery info and WHOIS privacy
  • New Microsoft 365 Business tenant with branded sign-in and Exchange Online DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Autodiscover)
  • Two Business Premium seats for the owners and one F3 Frontline seat for the field
  • Shared company inbox and a High Volume Email scan-to-email account for the office scanner
  • MFA via Microsoft Authenticator with number matching and geographic context; Security Defaults enabled
